I have had issues with zucchini, too, adding too much moisture and making my cake not bake properly. But I can't wait to see your parsnip success - I bet it will be delicious!! And that souffle? Looks awesome!! Great job!shelley c.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04300272302519975542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4464656536928987551.post-31834546873193658662013-03-27T20:37:40.817+01:002013-03-27T20:37:40.817+01:00Maybe it should have said with surprising, delicio...Maybe it should have said with surprising, delicious and occasionally disastrous results! At least the chocolate courgette cake tasted good, right? Baking with veggies is a bit less predictable than regular baking, as the water content can be highly variable depending where in the world your veggies are grown, what variety they are etc - all adds to the excitement when something turns out well! And your soufflé looks delicious and perfectly cooke - I've still to conquer soufflé and it terrifies me, so great job! Thanks so much for taking part this month
Rx
PS - hope the parsnip and white chocolate works out eventually...Ruth Ellishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06510944836839189242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4464656536928987551.post-88252956912529965862013-03-27T15:12:10.434+01:002013-03-27T15:12:10.434+01:00They look very good!!They look very good!!Ana M.
